- If you are converting from a manual or a spreadsheet based, or a legacy disjointed, or another system,
- Dedicated and Distinct operational departments : Reservations, Dispatch, Fleet & Resource Management

- Does reservation exclusively or predominately in any 2 of the 3 reservation modules : Tour , Transfer , Itinerary Planning (Inclusive of accommodation and vehicle-rental)

- Operations can span multiple country, does have multiple branches or bases
